Assessment

We use assessment tools with individuals or teams when they will add value to our work. We use well-researched and respected instruments and integrate the findings with the client's situation. The art is in choosing the correct tool and in the interpretation of the results so the information is of use to the individual or corporate client. Assessment tools can be useful in the following types of circumstances, to:

  • gather relevant information on an individual's profile (including for example their interests, personal style, or motivators) to help them in making better career decisions
  • generate or evaluate options when a client is looking for a career change or better career fit
  • understand where personality and communication styles may be getting in the way of a productive work relationship and to suggest strategies to improve this
  • better understand how one is seen by people at all levels in the workplace through doing a 360 assessment and feedback
  • assess the best type of role or special project for a person who an organization want to retain during restructuring or corporate change
